Terms Of Service
Quotes
- All quotes are free and carry no guarantee or reservation of a commission slot.
- I only take 1 - 2 commissions at a time, openings will be posted online.
- A 2–3 view character reference sheet is required to receive an accurate quote.
- Please do not fill out the commission form if you are not serious, if you fill it out and are chosen I will be reaching out for payment.
Ordering
- Commissioners must be 18 years or older to place an order. I will not make suits for minors. ID may be requested.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, without the need to disclose the reason.
- I will not make copyrighted characters, or other peoples characters.
(Example: Loona from Helluva Boss)
Payments
- Payments are accepted via Square or CashApp. Will not accept paypal due to wrongful chargebacks.
- When using square, I will charge an extra 2% each transaction to cover fees.
- A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to secure your slot.
- The 40% must be paid upfront for materials to be bought. If not you will not be given a spot in the queue.
- Payment plans are available once the 40% deposit is received.
- Standard minimum plan: $750 monthly/$375 biweekly.
- Larger or faster payments are welcomed. Suits will not ship until paid off.
Refunds and Cancellations
- You may cancel a commission any-time before work begins.
- The 40% deposit and any material costs are non-refundable.
- If canceled after work begins, up to 60% of the remaining balance may be refunded, based on how much work has been completed.
- Commissions that are canceled will be given a new design and sold as a premade.
- Unauthorized charge-backs or disputes will result in immediate blacklisting and further legal action may be taken.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Shipping costs are calculated and must be paid after completion of the commission.
- I am not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of USPS, though I will assist with tracking or locating.
- International shipping outside of the US and Canada is currently unavailable.
- Convention Pick up is available depending on my attendance and can be discussed.
Timeframe and Deadlines
- Estimated start and completion dates are given upon ordering.
- Most commissions are completed within 1 month, unless otherwise specified.
- If you need a hard deadline, please discuss this during the ordering process so we can confirm if it's possible.
- Please be available for any questions I may have during the commission process. If you are not heard from for 2-3 weeks without notice your commission will be canceled with no refund.
Work-in-Progress (WIP) Updates
- Frequent WIP photos are sent directly to you throughout the creation process as well as posted online.
- These updates ensure the commission is progressing according to your expectations.
Sizing
- Hand-paws: I will need top of middle finger to bottom of palm measurement and middle finger length. Most handpaws are a universal fit.
- Feetpaws require your shoe size.
- Heads require three head circumference measurements. (Temple to temple, circumference, and chin to top center of the head.)
- A duct tape dummy (DTD) is required for any bodysuits and must be shipped preferably before the start of your commission month.
Warranty
A free repair and resizing warranty is offered under the following conditions:
- You contact me with your repair/resizing request within 90 days of receiving the suit.
- The item has not been altered or modified in any way within that 90-day period.
- The commissioner is responsible for shipping the suit to me for the warranty repair.
